Who I am

LUCYNA CYNARZEWSKA–WLAŹLIK

I have graduated from The John II Paul Catholic University of Lublin with a Doctor of Humanities degree. I have always been passionate about reviewing and creating new texts. Having been practising it for several years I became a professional proofreader and editor. The aim of my work is to assess the text in terms of linguistic correctness, coherency and aesthetic values. In addition, my customers will receive content related and linguistic support. I am not afraid of encountering any difficulties and taking up challenges.

I have gained a vast experience in the field of editing and proofreading encyclopedic and book publications (including course books), legal documents, booklets, advertisements and texts for the websites.

I have also been working as a research assistant, lecturer and interviewer. Furthermore, I have completed the book editing course organized by Polish Association of Book Publishers in Warsaw.
I always stress the significance of the professionalism, involvement, meeting the deadlines and good communication.

In my spare time I enjoy cycling, walking, reading autobiographical books and listening to Andrzej Zaucha, Niny Simone and Janis Joplin.
